"Platform" refers to EyeLikeeIt, a B2B search engine and analytics service for publicly available creator data on Likee.

"User" refers to a business entity or individual acting in a professional capacity that registers for and uses the Platform.

"Creator Data" refers to publicly available profile information, engagement metrics, and content metadata indexed from Likee.

"Organization" refers to a business account that may contain multiple Users.

EyeLikeeIt operates as a B2B search engine that indexes and analyzes publicly available creator data from the Likee platform. The Service provides:

• Creator profile search and discovery
• Engagement analytics and trust scoring
• Campaign tracking and performance monitoring
• Data export in PDF and CSV formats

You must provide a valid business email address. One person may not maintain more than one free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for harassment or stalking of creators; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or re-sell data obtained through the Service; (c) use automated tools to access the Service beyond provided APIs; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Credit-based features (PDF export, CSV export) deduct from your plan's included credits.

The Platform, including its algorithms (Trust Score, fraud detection), design, and aggregated analytics, is the intellectual property of EyeLikeeIt. Creator Data displayed on the Platform originates from publicly available sources and remains the property of respective creators.

Creator data is collected from publicly available sources and may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date. Trust Scores are algorithmic estimates, not guarantees. EyeLikeeIt makes no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of Creator Data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeLikeeIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow, Russia.
